Both of them were thorough. They stayed until the job was done, and they were satisfied, which was a higher standard than my satisfaction.

They even made sure that everything was flowing correctly and that it was absolutely cleaned out and that I'm on a schedule with reminders the next time it needs to be taken care of.

Everything they had was clean and new. They were professional and knowledgeable in my opinion. I deal with septic tanks pumping all the time, and I was dreading making a phone call.

Had a great experience with the Loose Deuce! They had appointments later in the day at 4 so I didn’t have to bail on work to get this done! I was able to get fast service, after noticing there was a problem, they were able to schedule me for the following evening!

They had come out to take care of my 1500 gallon tank which turned out to be a 750 gallon tank. They helped me locate and dig another secondary tank and I was able to get that pumped out while they were here as well. With their holiday discount I was only out a bit over 500 dollars so that felt pretty good going into the holidays! They were just awesome and I’d 10 out of 10 recommend!
